Shipping Methods Domestic Delivery (Taiwan)： Free delivery on orders over NTD 3,000. Via T-cat, The Post, 7-Eleven Pick-up Delivery, or FamilyMart Delivery Service. 2-3 working days are expected.You can track and view online orders via your account page. International Delivery： Free delivery on orders over NTD 10,000. We offer worldwide shipping. Normally, we will deliver via FedEx (within USA and Canada), UPS (within Europe), or SP Express (within China & HK). International shipping will take about 9 working days after receipt of payment. (Please be aware that items destined for countries outside of Taiwan are taking longer during the current Covid pandemic period - up to 14 working days) Once your order ships you will be notified via email. The email will also contain your tracking details. Please be advised that shipping fees are at the customer’s expense if the parcel is returned back to us due to wrong or insufficient shipping information.
