At BOBO CHÉRIS, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with the products, please contact our Customer Service. You may return or exchange your purchase when it is returned in its original condition. Please follow the guidelines below.

Exchange & REturn

For orders in Taiwan, online orders can be returned within 7 days with your receipt that accompanies your order. For international orders, please email us for Customer Service. Exchanges will be made at your purchase price. The returned item must be presented in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the corresponding receipt.

Please be advised that the following item(s) cannot be returned:

Innerwear/underwear/swimwear/masks due to hygiene reasons
Personalised item(s ) (e.g. altered)
Item(s) without original packaging, tags and/or labels
